Cross-stitch Christmas

This is a new stamp from the Autumn and Winter catalogue, I have done a few cards using the set

The first card is an easel style was inspired by interwyndesigns You tube, measuring 3.5 inch by 7 inch scored at 3.5inch, score a diagonal line from bottom corner to top on the front card. Cut another card at 3.5 inch square, I have stamped the xmas tree in 3 colours, Garden green, Old olive, Lemon lime twist for the star Daffodil delight and the candy canes and Merry Xmas I used real red.

The Tree was cut out with the stitched fancy framelets, but you can use any suitable shape.
To complete the card attached the stamped image to the square card, put adhesive on the bottom triangle where you scored an attached the stamped image.
I added some xmas paper measuring 3.25in square to the base of the card and then stamped the Merry Christmas on a piece of scrap card and punched a 1 inch circle then in the same colour card stock used for the base of the card a 1.25 inch circle, this is then positioned at the bottoms corned with 3d dimensionals to create a stopper to the easel card to rest against for display.

My final embellishments were rhinestones added to the image to give a bit of sparkle.

This card was created using the Bauble I stamped 3 images using Real Red and Daffodil delight, Call me clover and Lemon lime twist and the final bauble I used Night of Navy, Island indigo and Daffodil delight. I cut the images out and stuck them to the card. I used the cross-stitched star as a background stamp, I stamped the straight stitch and created corners, which was also used for the bauble threads.
The Joy sentiment was stamped in Call me clover .
