Designer Series Paper Technique Tuesday blog hop - Crafting 4 Everyone Yvonne

 Hello Fellow Crafters

Today I am joining a new blog hop with Crafty Collaborations which is all about Designer Series Paper or DSP and using it, this was inspired by a pinterest post by Creating Art with Marilyn

My Card is using the Painted Christmas DSP and the Delicate Bauble Dies all supplies listed below

I used the DSP to cover my envelope flap, which is a great way to make your envelope look pretty, I am always wary of stamping on envelopes if I am sending them in the post just in case they get wet and bleed onto the card.

I have used the same DSP to put on the front of the card, but I have cut this at an angle and separated the pieces to leave a gap

The Bauble Christmas tree was cut out using metallic card and framed by Early Espresso card stock also die cut from the Delicate Bauble Dies

I glued down 2 ¼ inch pieces of the metallic card stock either side where the diagonal gap is

The bauble is raised up on dimensional and I have added a bow using Evening Evergreen open weave ribbon

The Sentiments used is from Time of Giving for the "Merry" stamped with Early Espresso ink and die cut with So Sweetly dies and the "Christmas" is from Peaceful Deer stamp set just using the Christmas part of the stamp. You can also use the Love Santa Tag Kit set as it shows this placement on one of the tags.

For the inside of the card I have stamped with the Time of Giving again with Early Espresso and used a strip of the DSP on the inside too .
